Join us for a true boxer’s workout! This high energy cardio class will burn about 1,000 calories per hour. A professional instructor will teach you the proper technique and take you through different combinations of punches.


This non-contact class will define your arms, shoulders and flat abs while perfecting the four basic punches: jab, straight, hook and uppercut) All fitness levels welcome. Hand wraps & gloves are required.

FULL BODY KICKBOXING WORKOUT USING THE HEAVY BAG

CARDIO KICKBOXING & BOXING

This high energy cardio class will burn about 1,000 calories per hour. A professional instructor will teach you techniques using different combinations of punches and kicks that can be practiced on a heavy bag. This non-contact class will define your arms, shoulders, develop lean legs and flat abs. By adding in HIIT exercises between rounds, this total body workout will strengthen all muscle groups. The cardio training is both anaerobic and aerobic and will increase your stamina. All fitness levels welcome. Hand wraps & gloves are required.
