Opened in 2009, originally Legacy Fitness specialized in muay thai and boxing. However, as the gym grew, we expanded our offerings to include cardio boxing and kickboxing, circuit training, TRX suspension training, and combination classes such as Ultimate Athlete. Our gym is focused around providing a more effective and engaging workout for our members. We also have great features, including but not limited to:

Our classes are structured to challenge you in order to get the most out of your workout. Using HIIT our cardio classes burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour. Our instructors are all certified personal trainers, constantly creating new routines that will confuse the body by switching up the exercises in each workout session. The instructors will demonstrate exercises and modifications for every fitness level to help you reach your goals.
